What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you manage approx. 170 residential properties located across the Lower North Shore. You will be supported by a full-time leasing consultant and have additional support with accounts, routines and administration.

• Arrears management
• Approval of application forms
• Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
• Rent reviews & lease renewals
• Attend team meetings
• NCAT preparation & attendance
• Insurance & bond claims
• PropertyMe software

The right candidate will have:

• Strong experience managing a portfolio
• A current real estate license
• A valid NSW driver’s license & a reliable car
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• A process driven & organised approach to your work
• A confident communicator & relationship focused
• Flexibility to work on a rotating Saturday roster when required
