This Property Manager position involves:

• Day-to-day management of 180 properties located in the East
• All landlord communication
• Rental arrears management
• Rent reviews and renewals
• Processing insurance claims
• Oversee high-level repairs and renovations
• Tribunal hearings as required
• You will be using PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, and Air Table
• Don’t have to worry about any accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections – these are done for you!

To secure this exceptional opportunity, candidates are required to possess demonstrated prior experience in the Property Management sector, hold a valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, and own a reliable vehicle with a current NSW Driver's License.
