Innov8 Equipment is a growing business and looking to fill our Office Administration role. We specialise in sales of Traffic Equipment and vehicles including unique and first to market products.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administration professional to support our planned growth and development.
Job Description
Manage day to day general administration duties.
Raise Purchase orders, invoicing and arrange bookings with suppliers.
Work closely with operations in ensuring stock and allocations are up to date.
The Successful Applicant Must Have:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Baseplan.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
The following will be an advantage:
Experience with Software Systems
Experience with Excel and Outlook
