About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for families, participants and staff. You’ll keep the Hub organised and efficient by handling day-to-day admin tasks, managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting the wider team.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same — and you’ll play a vital part in the smooth running of our services.
Your Key Responsibilities
General office admin and reception duties
Answering phones and email enquiries
Supporting staff with rostering and program coordination
Data entry, invoicing, document management and filing
Onboarding new clients and managing documentation
Liaising with families and external providers
Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with NDIS processes
Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
About You
You’re organised, proactive and detail-oriented
You’re friendly, compassionate and a great with people
You work well under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities
You genuinely care about making a difference in the disability sector
Essential Criteria
Prior administration experience (disability/NDIS experience highly regarded)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
National Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain)
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Bonus Points For
Experience with rostering or case management software (e.g., ShiftCare, CareMaster)
Experience with managing Social Media & Website including efficient use of Canva
First Aid Certificate
A great sense of humour!
