We love Caravans and Camping and we're on the hunt for a keen, dynamic and skilled Senior Administration Officer. At Wagga Caravans, we offer a comprehensive range of caravans across Lotus, Goldstream, and Cub Campers, whilst stocking industry leading caravan parts and accessories, plus we have one of the largest Caravan repair facilities in southern NSW. About the Role
As a senior member of our team, you’ll oversee all of the key dealership administration functions - playing a vital role in establishing smooth operations, setting standards, and creating the foundations for future business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing caravan sales deals and ensuring contract accuracy

Coordinating daily banking, receipting, and reconciliations

Managing supplier invoicing and payment coordination

Preparing Service NSW documentation for vehicle registration and transfers

Assisting with Dealership phone calls and customer enquiries

Supporting dealership compliance and general administrative tasks

Processing payroll and superannuation contributions

About You
You’re an experienced dealership administrator with the confidence to work autonomously and the professionalism to set high standards. You know your way around a service, sales, and vehicle admin environment and you’re ready to take the lead.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a dealership admin/accounts role

Strong working knowledge of general dealership processes

Excellent organization, problem-solving and communication skills

High level of accuracy, accountability, and initiative

Hands-on team player who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and taking on challenges
