Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Reporting directly to the Director of Emergency Planning.
Supporting the company Director and consultants with administration support.
Being the first point of contact within the company for incoming phone calls responding to urgent client request, tasks, messages / emails.
Scheduling annual training sessions for clients and emergency evacuation training and exercises.
Assisting specialist consultants with our client’s emergency management needs.
Responding to client emails and following up on client requests.
Company Marketing
Maintaining our mobile apps.
Work autonomously without supervision.
Scheduling and booking travel arrangements for employees.
Car bookings and travel itineraries.
Maintaining the company online client compliance system (SynergyLink).
Maintaining client databases.
Entering training records into the online compliance system and ensuring paper-based records are filed on the company’s cloud-based server.
Issuing client resources eg: (compliance reports, manuals, floor plans etc).
Responsible for ensuring clients filing systems are compliant with the TAWCS Group quality system.
Any other office admin tasks needed.
About you
Thorough knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to prioritise work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of Microsoft word and excel skills.
Professionalism.
Commitment to customer service.
Diligence and commitment to the team and company.
Problem solving ability and patience.
Must be friendly, energetic and professional and a self-starter.
A good team player and communicator is essential.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands.
A down to earth and “can do” approach to your work.
Qualifications and education requirements
Prior Experience in administration management role needed.
Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.

Flexible working arrangements - Work from office in Engadine 4 days per week and 1 day at home.
