About the Role:
Australis Properties is a fast moving, growing property development company seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Personal Assistant to assist with a wide range of support tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property, construction, or related fields, who is looking for flexible work arrangements that can accommodate school hours or other personal commitments. The role involves one on one support to the Director and requires a “can do” attitude and is not afraid of a challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling
Email and diary management
Liaise with builders, trades, councils and consultants as required
Help manage timelines, compliance documents, and approvals
Conduct basic research and compile property-related reports
Manage sales and dealing with agents, conveyancers
Provide general administrative support to the developer
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience in property development, construction, or building-related roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools (e.g. Apple, Monday.com, MS Office, project management software).
An ABN as the role is contract based
The role may involve some driving, so a car and license is a must
