Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Board including Board meeting coordination, preparation of Board papers, and minute-taking.
Manage logistics for key governance events ie Annual General Meetings, Elections, Committee Meetings etc.
Facilitate the ClubGRANTS program – liaising with community groups, managing applications, and ensuring compliance.
Act as the first point of contact for community and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate all aspects of the Club’s function bookings – from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
Drive function bookings and proactively promote the usage of our 7 flexible function spaces.
Prepare reports and assist with broader administrative duties across departments as required.
About You
Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Governance Support or Community Engagement role (ideally in a Club, not-for-profit or public-facing organisation).
Strong written communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience preparing minutes, reports and managing event logistics.
A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative, especially in function sales and stakeholder engagement.
Ideally have RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) training or willing to obtain
