What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the Director’s calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel like a pro.
Being the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers — professionally and warmly.
Creating reports, presentations, and correspondence that help drive the business forward.
Supporting key business projects: compliance, training, marketing, and more.
Managing emails, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Helping with budgeting, invoicing, and general financial administration.
Organising team events, meetings, and development sessions.
Handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
Jumping in wherever needed — with a smile and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (bonus if in childcare/education or small business).
Excellent organisation and time management – you thrive on a good to-do list!
Polished communication skills, written and verbal.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you think ahead and act fast.
Trustworthiness, reliability, and a good sense of humour.
A knowledge of the childcare industry or compliance requirements is a plus (but not a dealbreaker).
Familiar with using basic social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
