The role
We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Principal Solicitor in all aspects of coordination and communication and to assist with managing the firm's marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Provide direct support to the Principal Solicitor by managing calendars, email triage, digital file management, appointment scheduling, to-do lists
Liaising with the Office Manager on practice management issues
Coordinate travel and events offsite
Handling incoming telephone calls
Setting up both virtual and in-person meetings
Monitor and maintain incoming communications
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the preparation and delivery of marketing materials for the firm to external stakeholders, associates and clients
Liaise with the firm’s marketing department
Oversee marketing for the firm including coordinating marketing collateral and managing the firm’s social media accounts
Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, internal documents and general admin tasks for the Principal Solicitor
Providing general administrative support to the team when needed
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in a professional services environment
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong comfort with digital programs
A genuine interest in using technology to improve efficiency
Clear and professional verbal and written communication
The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a legal setting
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Permanent Australian work
