Level 2 IT Technician (Service Desk)
Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast
Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (Based on experience and demonstrated capability, with opportunities for review.)

We’re seeking a Level 2 IT Technician to join our in-office service desk team in Burleigh Heads. In this role, you’ll be responsible for resolving complex support issues, deploying and managing cloud technologies, and maintaining the excellent service standards our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2+ technical support tickets
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint
Deploy and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Work with ConnectWise RMM tools to monitor and manage client systems
Use PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Work as part of the service desk team to deliver consistently excellent client support
Provide onsite support when needed
What We’re Looking For
A genuine and demonstrated interest in learning new systems and solving problems
2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in an MSP environment
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking
Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and ConnectWise RMM tools
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to manage time, work to a schedule, and follow assigned ticket priorities
Active Directory and Group Policy administration experience
A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for occasional site visits
Preferred Additional Experience
PowerShell scripting for automation and support
Veeam Backup & Recovery
Ubiquiti UniFi & UISP products
Microsoft 365 Certified (or willingness to obtain in the next few months)
