Level 1/2, IT Technician - Systems Administration & Support

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound support calls, identifying and qualifying client issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve client issues in line with service level agreements.
Support end-users in person, via phone, email, or remote access tools.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune.
Configure and troubleshoot networking systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks and printers.
Coordinate with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
IT qualifications or relevant work experience.
Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
Ability to work effectively within a dedicated and flexible team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
