We are looking for a Level 2 Help Desk Support professional to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing efficient and professional IT support. If you have strong communication skills, technical know-how, and a proactive problem-solving approach, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
Based on-site at our Toowoomba office, you will provide IT support to clients via phone, email, and our ticketing system. This role requires technical competence, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot a range of IT issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hikvision security products, 3CX and other cloud telephony solutions, Wi-Fi networks, wireless P2P and PtMP networks
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting as needed.
• Escalate complex faults to our upstream support
About You:
We are seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused professional with strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be able to manage your time effectively and provide clear, professional support to clients in fast-paced environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in a Level 1-2 Help Desk Support role.
• Strong knowledge of telephony products and networking solutions
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
