Are you an experienced leader in the disability sector who thrives on empowering teams and delivering person-centred care? We’re seeking a dedicated Service Leader to oversee the daily operations of supported independent living services across Sydney.

In this rewarding role, you’ll lead front-line teams, support participants with complex needs, and ensure high standards of care, compliance, and team development are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple supported living environments

Deliver safe, person-centred, and goal-focused services in line with NDIS and participant care plans

Lead, support, and develop front-line staff through coaching, performance reviews, and training

Manage rosters, payroll, team compliance, and operational reporting

Build strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and external providers

Handle incidents, risks, complaints, and support seamless transitions for new participants

Maintain a strong safety culture and support WHS and injury management processes

To be successful, you will have:

Cert IV in Disability, Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field

Proven experience managing teams in the disability or community services sector

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills

Knowledge of SCHADS Award, NDIS standards, and workforce planning tools (e.g. Employment Hero)

Valid First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
