Links to Life is a progressive early intervention provider based in Ryde, offering evidence-based programs for children with autism.
We are expanding and looking for a warm, proactive and NDIS-savvy Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in support coordination, disability services, or allied health administration, who is confident in both client engagement and converting enquiries into services.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing inbound enquiries from families and professionals via phone and email
- Making outbound calls to follow up leads and build relationships
- Explaining our early intervention services clearly and empathetically
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM systems (Zoho and Bullhorn)
- Booking and confirming initial consultations, and preparing NDIS-compliant Service Agreements and quotes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely client onboarding
- Supporting front desk operations and presenting a friendly first impression
- Participating in sales and strategy meetings to support business growth
What You Bring:
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and Early Childhood Approach
- Previous experience in disability services, support coordination, or a sales/client engagement role
- A confident, warm phone manner and ability to build rapport with families
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Tech-savviness, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Initiative, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- A genuine passion for the disability sector and improving outcomes for children and families
