This is a hands-on graduate role for someone with a mechanical engineering degree, aimed at building experience across product development, testing, and client engagement. A key focus early on is developing SolidWorks skills, particularly for creating product drawings and 3D renders that support the marketing department.

Key responsibilities:

• Start in the lab, learning the quality control (QC) testing processes (NATA standards).
• Support product development, including work on materials and fasteners.
• Use SolidWorks to produce technical drawings and product visuals.

• Assist with admin tasks as part of the early training period.
• Gradually move into site inspections or working directly with end users of the products.
