Position: Mechanical Engineer Draftsperson

The Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer Draftsperson, Industrial Engineer, or an individual with strong mechanical design experience.

As a Mechanical Engineer Draftsperson, your responsibilities will include preparing detailed technical drawings to support fabrication and assembly teams.

Key duties of this role include:

Create detailed design drawings with 3D and 2D Solidworks

Liaise with team members and department heads

Provide technical advice to other team members

Ensure company quality, safety and standards are maintained in everything we build.

About You:

3–5+ years of mechanical design experience

Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

Proficient in 2D and 3D SolidWorks (experience with Weldments is a plus)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)

Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Background in structural engineering is a bonus
