We deliver tailored Design & Construct HVAC solutions across a range of commercial and industrial projects – and we’re looking for a driven Mechanical Engineer (2+ years’ experience) to be part of our design and delivery team.

Your Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll:

Design HVAC systems (heat load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, equipment selection) to NCC & Australian Standards.

Review and develop design documentation and workshop drawings, guiding drafters as needed.

Prepare and manage QA/QC documents, commissioning plans, and ITPs to support smooth project delivery.

Conduct site inspections, technical reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Assess subcontractor and supplier submissions for compliance.

Operate Camel, AutoCAD, and Revit to deliver high-quality designs.

Ensure adherence to all HSEQ standards and processes.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in mechanical services engineering (commercial or light industrial projects).

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Strong understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and fire damper selection (AS1668.1 & AS1668.2).

Proficiency in Camel, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
