About the role:

We are looking to grow our team by adding an highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating between clients, production teams, and office departments? We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and coordinating between various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between clients, production teams, and the office (estimating drafting and programming teams)

Ensure that all customer needs are met, with a focus on exceptional service

Communicate with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally

Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow

Utilize your mechanical aptitude to understand and assist with technical aspects of the production process

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure availability of raw material.

obtain a detailed insight into the estimating process.

Skills & Experience required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams

Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal abilities

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
