Are you a confident and motivated Account Manager with a passion for customer service and business development? Do you thrive on building long-lasting client relationships while driving growth and continuous improvement?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to be the face of our transport operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
π About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role combines elements of customer service management, account coordination, and business development within the fast-paced transport and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts through open and responsive communication
Identify and generate new sales opportunities and support business growth
Collaborate with internal departments to support multi-service projects and ensure accurate pricing
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable services or solutions
Maintain and update client accounts, records, and pricing structures
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to new and existing clients
Prepare detailed reports by gathering and analysing customer data
Ensure timely and professional responses to all client queries and requests
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions

Previous experience in a commercial or customer-facing role within the transport, logistics, or supply chain industry
Strong customer service and account management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Confident working with pricing, quoting, and account administration
Sound analytical skills and commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Strong time management and organisational capabilities
A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment
