We're seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our team for approximately 25 hours a week in a casual position. Working alongside industry experts, this role offers an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to excel from day one, with opportunities to expand.

As a Technical Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, technical knowhow and a proactive approach to learning. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.

Duties

Provide top level customer service via chat / email and phone.

Help customers sign up and get connected

Resolve technical problems.

Take payments and update customer details.

Escalate complex technical problems.

Help customers connect their devices to Wifi.

Skills and experience

Proven strong customer service experience

Proven experience and capability with IT

Networking experience is desirable

Willing to work flexible hours between 8am and 10pm, including weekends

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Good customer communication skills

A self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering exceptional support

Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team

Experience in a call centre or similar helpdesk environment is desirable

Speaking a language other than English is desirable but not required
