About the Role

Join our team at Eagle Farm as a part-time Operations Support professional. Reporting to the Office Manager, this 20-hour-per-week role (spread over 3–5 days) supports a wide range of operational, IT, and administrative functions. Availability between 3pm–5pm on rostered days is required to coordinate with our Spanish IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up IT equipment for staff, including Microsoft 365, Apple ID, and Google Play access.

Manage purchasing for the operations department (e.g. tools, equipment, PPE, consumables) and complete customer/vendor registrations.

Configure systems, register users in internal platforms, and support onboarding.

Maintain asset records and support administration for AV equipment, tools, uniforms, and fleet invoice tracking.

Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage expense submissions.

Troubleshoot local tech issues in coordination with our international IT team.

Coordinate equipment calibrations and asset returns.

Develop and publish self-help guides and internal documentation on SharePoint.

Format, manage, and control internal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Organise IT and catering support for internal meetings and events.

Assist with travel bookings, facilities, and leave management, as required.

About You

Tech-savvy, proactive, and organised.

Strong communicator, able to simplify technical concepts.Confident using Microsoft

365, particularly Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Experienced in admin support, document creation, and task coordination.
