GRIT is partnering with an established healthcare organisation in search for a Senior Network Engineer for a critical hands-on technical role responsible for the operation, stability performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network and communications platforms. You will be working within a large multi-state project team, ensuring that new infrastructure meets the delivery requirements of the organisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience in enterprise network operations or engineering roles.
• Strong technical knowledge and operational experience in Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• CCNP certification required
• Lead the operational delivery of network and UC platforms, including incident triage, planning, and technical escalation support
• Engage with infrastructure, security, application, and clinical teams to support service reliability and business alignment
• Experience implementing or maintaining Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) or Cisco DNA Center
• Experience with network automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Cisco NSO, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Exposure to SOCI obligations, Essential Eight uplift, and other regulatory compliance frameworks
