• #3 – Intermediate/Senior CA – Local Tier Group - $15m Private Schol – pkg to $160k

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of both head contract and trade subcontractors
• Prepare monthly reports to provide accurate details of the project’s financial status
• Collaborate with Project Managers and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide support to the PM, SM and executive team in resolving contract related issues relating to your nominated project

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record at CA level within the commercial construction industry in Australia
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with trade subcontractors for mutually beneficial outcomes
• A degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
• Proven ability to utilise cost management software such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
