Description

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Present board reports and findings to the SLT
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with operations & work closely with the head of transformation to drive efficiencies
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across financial planning and analysis functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units within the retail industry.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA Qualification preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• A focus on achieving results and driving business performance.
