Direct Sales Executive - Construction & Building Materials
Location: Western Sydney | Full-Time | $110 to $130k + Car or Car allowance

Join a leading manufacturer in the construction and building materials space, known for delivering quality solutions to commercial and industrial projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on innovation, we're looking for a driven Industrial Sales Executive to help grow our footprint across NSW.

About the Role:

In this hands-on sales role, you'll engage directly with contractors promoting premium insulated panel systems for use in cold storage, warehouses, and large-scale construction. You'll manage tender submissions, build long-term client relationships, and convert project opportunities into real wins.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and manage detailed quotes and tender submissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key builders and end-users
• Follow up on leads to secure new projects
• Hunting for new business as well as take care of existing customers
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales
• Fast paced quick turn around from ordering to delivery
• Report on sales pipeline and key activity each week

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in construction materials or technical product sales
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Comfortable working on-site and in face-to-face settings
• Looking after NSW and ACT, travel to rural regions quarterly
• Construction or trade background is a plus (not essential)
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
