About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be entrusted with managing a well-established territory while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will represent a broad range of construction-related products — from structural and building materials to exterior/interior finishes and innovative building solutions — making your day-to-day varied and strategically engaging.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction ecosystem, including builders, contractors, architects, specifiers, project managers, and distributors. You’ll work closely with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive specifications, and support the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of loyal customers while developing new business opportunities.
Identify and track key construction projects across your region and engage early in the project lifecycle.
Deliver product presentations and technical support to clients and specifiers.
Develop and execute sales strategies in line with company goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasting, pipeline tracking, and market feedback.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.

$100,000 – $120,000 base salary + Superannuation.

What You’ll Bring:
Proven track record in B2B sales within the construction or building materials industry.
Existing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, or developers is highly desirable.
Confidence in reading plans/specs and discussing technical product applications.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to win business in a competitive market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and thrives in an autonomous sales environment.
