About the role:
A newly created role tapping into an already successful portfolio offering additional axillary products. A key responsibility with this established and phenomenally successful company is to ensure they continue to offer an unrivalled service and product to their clients. They will become an integral part of a well-oiled machine that promotes team-work and transparency. They are looking for an energetic hands on committed sales executive who is outcomes focused, team orientated who can continue the outstanding work the wider company performs.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Utilise existing client portfolios to drive additional sales of non-mainstream axillary products
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of leads to achieve aggressive new business targets
  • Ensuring KPI's and targets are not just achieved but exceeded
  • Forge strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure long term retention
  • Initially targeting Sydney based clients then transitioning into national clients with interstate travel at times required in the future

Skills and Experience:

  • Possess experience in a similar sales position e.g. sales executive, B2B sales, sales representative roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI delivery
  • Is self-motivated, highly proactive and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Thrives on hunting for new opportunities, generating leads and closing deals
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, tailoring solutions to client needs

  • Induction Training - Initially the successful candidate will work in various roles within the team to gain a true understanding of the functions that make up the position before formerly stepping into the role within 3 to 6 months
