Who You Are
You’re not just in sales—you live and breathe it. You’re wired for performance, obsessed with the customer experience, and have a track record of smashing targets and closing deals.
You have:
Proven success in a B2B/B2C sales role—ideally in automotive, commercial/industrial equipment, or recreational vehicles
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy
Relentless drive to build a pipeline, chase leads, and close sales confidently
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A self-starter attitude—you take initiative, follow up fast, and finish strong
High standards, integrity, and a no-excuses mentality
Knowledge of golf or utility vehicles is not essential—we'll teach you what you need to know. What matters is your hunger, your energy, and your commitment to build and grow our new and used vehicle sales department into an industry leader.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end sales of new and used vehicles across golf and utility ranges
Develop and execute sales strategies for both private and commercial clients
Drive inbound and outbound sales—including lead follow-up, quoting, and cold calling
Manage and optimise our eCommerce platforms (photos, listings, customer response)
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records and manage sales targets and profit margins
Contribute to aftersales success by supporting parts and service opportunities
Champion a winning, collaborative team culture

Full-time, permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facility in Campbelltown
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends!)
