The Role
An exciting opening exists for a motivated and career-minded Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative to join a high-performing internal team. Based in the office and working closely with account managers, operations, and warehouse staff, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and providing product advice on steel roofing and associated building materials.

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction knowledge who enjoys problem-solving and wants to build a career in internal sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person

Handle customer inquiries, quote requests, and order processing accurately

Support the external sales team with product availability and pricing

Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Build rapport with trade customers and suppliers

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of steel roofing products and materials

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in construction, building materials, or trade supply

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Willingness to learn about products and grow into a sales role

Enthusiastic, driven, and a team player

Salay and Benefits

Base $65k - $75k + Super 12%
