About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Services Contractor to support our day-to-day operations. The role will work closely with the Board, store managers, tenants, legal and financial advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Liaison:

Communicate with store managers on operational matters.

Be a point of contact for tenants regarding leases and tenancy issues.

Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and bankers on behalf of the organisation.

Property & Lease Management:

Prepare, review and maintain lease documentation.

Monitor lease compliance and maintain accurate records.

Governance Support:

Coordinate Board meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting notices.

Take and distribute minutes, track action items, and follow up as required.

Administrative Coordination:

Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems.

Provide general administrative support as needed across the organisation.

About You

You are a reliable, proactive, and culturally respectful professional who can work independently and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are comfortable working remotely and understand the importance of community-driven values and governance.

Essential Criteria

Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, property management, or executive support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience preparing formal documents such as board agendas and minutes.

Ability to liaise confidently with professionals (lawyers, accountants, bankers) and community stakeholders alike.

High level of organisation and attention to detail.

Proficiency with email, document management and scheduling tools.

Desirable

Experience working with Aboriginal organisations or in remote communities.

Knowledge of community housing or small business operations.

Governance experience and working with boards.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
