Care Inclusion PTY LTD is a purpose-led NDIS provider based in South Australia, committed to delivering inclusive, person-centred support for people living with disabilities. We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis. You’ll be provided with your own office space and become a valued part of a team that truly cares.
🧾 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing high-level administrative and office support to the Directors, Support Coordinators, and Team Leaders
Rostering, payroll support and client invoicing using Xero and ShiftCare
Assisting with internal bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Coordinating team events, training days, and networking functions
Maintaining company website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Responding to general inquiries and internal admin requests
Assisting with document management and compliance reporting
Other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business
💡 What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years' experience in office administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 – especially Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
Familiarity with Xero and general bookkeeping processes
Previous NDIS or community services experience (preferred but not essential)
Experience with ShiftCare or other rostering systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Confidence in managing social media pages and updating content
Professional, reliable, and values-aligned with our inclusive mission
🎓 Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate in Business Administration and/or Bookkeeping
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of Work Health and Safety responsibilities
Current driver’s licence (preferred)
