We're on the lookout for a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join a team of ICT professionals supporting enterprise environments across Microsoft Windows and M365. This is a huge opportunity to work with a major Governement Department.

🔧 What you’ll work with:

• Operating Systems
• Microsoft 365
• Desktop & Mobile Hardware
• Network (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
• Conferencing tech
• Antivirus & scripting tools

🎯 You’ll need:
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service & communication
• Experience supporting large enterprise ICT environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a tech team
