Desktop Support Officer – Contract | Deployment
We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Support Officer for a 2-month contract engagement to assist with a PC deployment and rollout program. You’ll be supporting enterprise users across various metro Brisbane CBD sites.

This role will commence on Monday 25 August 2025, offering a competitive hourly rate of $56.84.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and conferencing hardware.
• Provide L1/L2 on-site and remote support within Microsoft Windows, M365, and mobile environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating where required, within an ITIL-based service management framework.
• Travel (occasional) to support technology deployments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a range of end users, including senior departmental staff.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in desktop support and field service delivery across large organisations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise desktop/mobile hardware.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), antivirus tools, and scripting (desirable).
• Proven ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams to meet tight deployment timelines.

• Duration: 2 months (with potential for extension)
• Rate: $56.84 per hour
• Location: Brisbane CBD
