About the Role

As our Learning & Development specialist, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and teams across the organisation to identify capability needs, design and deliver engaging learning programs, and embed a culture of continuous development. You will drive strategic initiatives to ensure our workforce is future-ready, high-performing, and inspired to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to assess evolving skill gaps and learning opportunities.

Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative learning programs using eLearning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job tools.

Develop and embed capability frameworks and learning roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Create and communicate clear career pathways that support progression, culture, and retention.

Analyse training effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and performance data, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Leverage AI tools to develop, revise, and maintain comprehensive training materials and programs.

Set and manage the annual training calendar, including CPD training hours registers.

Engage with external providers to source and evaluate high-value learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

Foster a culture of learning, embedding development into everyday practice and promoting a future-ready workforce.

About You

Demonstrated experience in a stand-alone Learning & Development specialist or similar role, developing and delivering training programs.

Experience in Learning & Development strategy development and execution, preferably in a professional services environment.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and capability consulting across diverse stakeholder groups.

Proven record in developing training and career pathways for technical staff.

Working knowledge of HRIS, LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, and other AI tools.

Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business and teams.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in an agile environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities.

High attention to detail, adaptability, and initiative to meet evolving business priorities.

Energy and enthusiasm to inspire others and deliver outstanding results.
