About The Opportunity

We now have a position for a talented BDM to join our Team, working in the residential builders market, you will be dealing with some of SA's leading builders and architects.

Your brief is to oversee these customers, estimating from plans and creating cost effective solutions to win business. You will also be chasing down new clients and ensuring your sales continue to grow in line with company objectives.

This is a great opportunity with new building code legislation now favouring energy efficient product solutions on new build homes, join our existing Team and drive revenue in your own lane.

About You

An experienced sales professional with building industry product experience.

Posess a professional demeanor, with outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Have a high level of attention to detail and experience in reading and interpreting architectural plans.

Develop and execute a clear sales plan to grow market share

Actively source and convert leads into long-term repeat customers

Managing end-to-end sales processes – quoting, follow-up, and closing

Building strong relationships with builders, developers, and subcontractors

Providing technical and product support throughout project lifecycles

Attending industry trade shows, site meetings, and builder networking events

Represent our company with professionalism, confidence, and energy in all client interactions.
