We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Heavy Duty to join our team. If you have a strong network in the heavy-duty industry, a passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager based in Adelaide, covering S.A and the N.T, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing key relationships, and growing our market presence within the heavy-duty sector. You’ll work with both new and existing HD clientele also Bapcors Group businesses to identify opportunities and expand our reach.
Your ability to generate opportunities, close deals, and build strong customer relationships will be key to your success. This role also involves attending trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Precision Equipment’s heavy-duty workshop solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Provide technical advice and product solutions to customers
Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Sales experience in the heavy duty transport sector, automotive or a related industry
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge preferred
✅ A self-starter with excellent negotiation & communication skills
✅ Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate
✅ Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
