This role is for someone who’s ready to hit the road, connect with customers, and build long-term freight relationships. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, leverage your contacts, and be rewarded well for performance.

  • $90,000–$110,000 Base + Super + $17k Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions

  • Location: Adelaide location required, but no office - work from home 2 days and on the road making deals!

Your New Team
You’ll be joining a seasoned pro as a leader, to build up the Adelaide market. Your leader has a wealth of experience behind them, and focuses more about focusing on quality output than just quantity.

This isn’t a command-and-control sales team — it's about results, relationships, and making it happen without micromanagement.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage your own freight client portfolio
  • Hit the road and generate new business through relationship-driven selling
  • Work directly with warehouses, transport partners, and supply chain contacts
  • Use internal tech and ops support to deliver fast, reliable service
  • Keep customers close and identify growth opportunities
  • Operate with autonomy while being part of a collaborative, performance-driven team

This Role Isn’t For You If…

  • You’re new to the freight game — this needs some prior runs on the board
  • You need someone watching over your shoulder to keep you moving
  • You’re all pitch and no follow-through — this is a long game, not a smash-and-grab
  • You can only push rates and not solutions

Must-Haves

Experience in Transport/Logistics-based sales is essential, whether you’ve got 2–3 years under your belt or 30 years, we’re open! What matters most is that you know the transport game and bring some existing industry connections. At a minimum, we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years minimum - in freight, logistics, or supply chain sales or account management
  • Strong customer relationships and industry network
  • Self-starter mindset with proven record of results in past businesses
  • Someone who’s got the grit of a hunter but the heart of a builder
  • Comfortable working on the road and managing your own patch

Nice-to-Haves

  • Polished, confident communicator who can adapt to any room
  • Someone with no fear and honesty - who wants to challenge themselves.
