About us

Dennis Road Medical Centre is a small, privately owned and orientated medical practice committed to providing comprehensive medical care to the residents of Springwood and surrounding areas. Our team consists of three doctors, two nurses and administration team members.

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for carrying out the specified duties to support the operational functioning of the clinic. The Medical Receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service, in a professional and friendly manner. They provide an integral function to ensure sufficient support is provided to doctors, nurses, and patients; to uphold the Dennis Road Medical standard of care and clinical performance.

As a medical receptionist you will need good communication skills, a professional demeanour, organisational skills and a team-based attitude.

The medical receptionist must be comfortable and confident to be able to

prioritise and organise many duties at the same time as well as

organise administrative duties requiring careful attention to detail and

perform other duties that may arise that fit this category.
