Our GP Complex Ascot is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join the team. Early/Immediate start available.

Our focus is on providing high quality health care and optimal patient service in a professional, caring and friendly environment. We are not looking to just put anyone in this role; We are looking for someone with the ability to hit the ground running as a Medical Receptionist so we can continue the smooth patient journey at our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting patients/clients in a professional and courteous manner

Timely answering of telephones and handling general enquiries

Preparation and collation of daily/weekly/monthly reports

Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

Preparing and receipting patient accounts

Experience & Attributes:

Previous experience working with in General Practice as a Receptionist

Experience with Best Practice software will be advantageous

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work well within a team

Professional telephone manner

An understanding of medical ethics, in particular those relating to confidentiality, will also be required.

The successful applicant will be rostered up to 6 days per week and we prefer to take on a Full-Time employee, but will consider Part Time and Casual.
