Join our growing team and take the reins on social content for two fast-moving eCommerce brands — Silux and Softly Summer.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who lives and breathes content. You’ll plan, create, and manage everything across our social channels — from Reels, TikToks and Stories to captions, trends, and community engagement. iPhone-level content creation is fine, as long as you’ve got the eye.

If you’re currently working in (or recently left) an agency and craving more creative freedom, less red tape, and the chance to own the process end-to-end — this could be for you. You’ll work closely with the founders in a small, family-run team where your ideas actually get actioned.

We’re after someone with 1–2 years of experience, solid writing instincts, and a proactive, figure-it-out attitude. You’ll need to be across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, and comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe.

This is an in-house role based in Coolum Beach — not remote. There’s potential for it to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
