We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Intern who’s:

Social media-savvy

Creative & hands-on

Ready to learn and contribute

You’ll help create, edit, schedule, and monitor content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

What You’ll Do

Development and implementation of social media content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels

Re-targeting content to maximise sales opportunities

Creating engaging and visually compelling social media posts, including graphics, videos, and captions

Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, and engaging with our online community

Analysing social media metrics and performance, and providing insights to improve our digital marketing efforts

Help with community engagement

Pitch creative ideas

Support events, expos, influencer activations

Who You Are

Dynamic and creative individual looking for a start and wants to make a big impact early

You love social media, but more importantly, you understand how to reach our target audience

Organised and dependable

Honest, solution-oriented, team player

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree, such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and community engagement

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create captivating social media content

Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer

Passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in the latest social media trends and developments

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bikey Wipes is an Australian Company committed to providing high-quality, locally sourced, eco-friendly bike cleaning products. Our solutions are innovative, plastic-free, and work perfectly anywhere, in any conditions, and without water!

Our mission is to provide the global cycling community with high-quality, sustainable, ethical, and tailor-made bike cleaning products to care for their bikes—no matter the type—as well as the planet.

As a start-up, we have been in business since November 2023 in Australia and we are currently stocked in over 120 retail stores, plus our own online B2C portal and more recently, we have launched operations in the USA and Europe.
