About the Role

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social. You’ll take ownership of our content space across TikTok and Instagram-from strategy to creation and community. You know what trends are coming before they hit, love jumping in front of (and behind) the camera.

You’ll be working closely with our in-house team, including our Marketing Coordinator and Operations Manager, to help drive growth and brand visibility through content that gets people talking.

**This is not a Freelancer role and is an employee only opportunity.

Must-Haves

A strong portfolio of content examples and results

Experience managing and growing social media platforms outside of your own

Confident filming yourself and others

Strong understanding of TikTok, CapCut, Canva and similar tools

A love for beauty, skincare, fashion and storytelling

Experience in creating within a corporate setting is extremely advantageous

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and editing content for social media including Reels, TikToks, posts and stories

Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle shots and product highlights

Bringing fresh, creative ideas that align with each brand’s tone and direction

Following a content strategy and schedule with accuracy and consistency

Working with the internal team to plan, create and deliver content on time

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a content creator with a portfolio or social media examples

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current content trends

Ability to create fun, polished and authentic content that connects with different audiences

Excellent organisation and time management skills

A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute ideas

Confidence switching between two unique brand identities
