Position Overview:
We’re now looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team part-time (24 hrs per week) and help bring our brand stories to life across Organic Collagen Australia and Collagenie.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, manage content calendars and drive organic engagement across email, socials and our websites. If you love a bit of Canva, know your way around Klaviyo and feel confident writing a killer caption or building a blog — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Coordination & Scheduling:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling content across email, blog and social channels. This includes building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo, uploading and formatting blog articles in Shopify and managing our organic social content.

· Creative & Brand Execution:
You’ll support the visual side of brand storytelling by creating static graphics and carousels in Canva, while ensuring that all content aligns with our brand’s tone and look. You’ll also help keep our Shopify sites up to date by refreshing website content, product descriptions, and imagery as needed.

· Community & Campaign Support:
You’ll play a role in nurturing our community by responding to social media engagement, including comments and DMs. You’ll also support campaign rollouts and assist with giveaways, product launches, expos and other events.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a marketing, comms or content-focused role

· Confident using Canva, Klaviyo and Shopify (or quick to learn)

· Impeccable organisational skills and an eye for detail are non-negotiable.

· Bonus points for killer copywriting skills!

· Ability to thrive both independently and as part of our spirited team.

· Genuine passion for health, wellness, sustainability and animal welfare.
