You&i is a successful sales project marketing business, working directly with property developers. A small yet dynamic, customer-centric team, we bring together our experience to provide strategic sales and marketing solutions for our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic administration and marketing coordinator to join our small team in a newly created position in our Miami office.

The Role:

The role will support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and administrative tasks across the business. You’ll support our clients with digital campaigns, content creation, and marketing execution across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with our partners to develop engaging content and campaigns that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital marketing including website updates, property portal updates and listings, social media, email marketing, and newsletters

· Social media briefing and proofing for clients

· Copywriting for emails, website updates and property listings

· Inbox management

· Salesforce data updates

· General administration including weekly reporting, meeting preparation, document creation, filing, travel bookings, sales license renewals, meeting scheduling, and internal meetings,

· Administration of home building timelines and reporting

· Assisting the partners with project management

· Collaborate on creative concepts and marketing strategies

· Propose and implement new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the communications you are responsible for

· Assist with lead generation activities and campaign tracking

· Quarterly project site visits

· Ensure consistency across all communications and campaigns

About you:

· 1.5 – 3 years of experience in similar position

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Working knowledge of major social media platforms

· Working knowledge of email marketing tools, preferably Campaign Monitor and Mail Chimp.

· Working knowledge of website CMS, preferably WordPress

· Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM

· A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail

· Enthusiastic and progressive thinker
