Membership Sales & Admin – Anytime Fitness Australind

We’re looking for a driven and personable Membership Sales Administrator to support the success of our club. This role blends sales, customer service, and administration — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in their work.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for new and existing members, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences and driving membership growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing enquiries, tours, sign-ups, and payment processing

Maintaining accurate records and handling general admin tasks

Assisting with local marketing campaigns and social media engagement

Supporting membership promotions and community outreach

Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the gym

Helping maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming club environment

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and confident with people from all walks of life

Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proficient with computers and social media platforms

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Required (or willing to obtain):

Current First Aid and CPR Certification

Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
