Central, Fast-Moving Role: You’ll be the go-to admin for our real estate clients, managing the inbox, coordinating bookings, and keeping job records, portals, and systems accurate every step of the way.
Structured Variety: You’ll enter new work orders, track booking progress, support monthly recurring jobs, and assist with Xero reconciliation, all with great systems, clear processes, and a supportive team around you.

In This Role, You’ll Be:
Managing the real estate inbox, responding quickly and helpfully to property managers and tenants
Entering new jobs and approvals into Simpro and ensuring jobs are tagged and categorised correctly
Coordinating bookings with tenants via phone, email, and SMS, and keeping all parties informed
Updating real estate portals with booking confirmations, job status updates, quotes, and invoices
Following up on pending or on-hold jobs to keep things moving forward
Tracking recurring monthly services, supporting bulk job entry and onboarding new agencies
Assisting with Xero reconciliation, invoice matching, issuing refunds, and updating account details
Liaising across departments, using Slack to support teammates, following up on missing info, and ensuring strong workflow handovers
What You Bring to the Team:
Administration experience in a service, property, or trades-based business
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence managing emails, bookings, and system updates in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with tools like Simpro, Xero, Slack, Google Drive, or similar
A proactive, self-driven approach, you follow through and take initiative
