We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected real estate agency with a strong presence across both residential and commercial property sectors.

You'll be providing high level of support across sales administration, reception, and occasional property management admin tasks. This is a dynamic, varied role that offers career growth and long term opportunity within any area of the business.
�� Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Admin Support; Enter listings data, conduct title searches, send contracts to relevant parties, track contract conditions, arrange signboards and brochures, manage VPA and invoices
- Reception/Office Admin Support; Front desk phone calls, inquiries and emails (low level), manage keys, boardroom meeting organisation, stationary check/orders and keep communal areas tidy and presentable
- Adhoc PM Admin Support; Application processing, draft renewals, enter new leases, file documentation, arrange ad-hoc inspections and key management at busy times

- Real Estate or Property admin experience preferred and open to strong admin organisation skills from other industries example, medical, dental etc)
- A positive, go-getter attitude and eagerness to learn
- Solid admin and computer skills
- Willingness to embrace new tech and training
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
