As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management, planning and delivery of a significant strategic Document Management System project. The project will focus on building on work done to date as well as expanding the rollout of Document Management across the organisation.
This is a time critical role where you will coordinate, communicate with stakeholders, executives, subject matter experts and any relevant Project Boards.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Drive significant strategic Document Management System project in line with OIR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with business units and technical staff gathering and refining business requirements.
- Undertake best practice project management processes and draw on personal experience and expertise to present clear and independent advice throughout a project management process;
- Drive change so that contractual performance and customer experience match desired service standards and project objectives;
- Working in partnership with the Director, ICTS, Director Technology and the Executive leadership to maximise effective contract management including due diligence, resolution of issues, exercising of rights and meeting of obligations, performance management, entry/exit transitional arrangements and negotiate contract variations if and where necessary;
- Establish effective project governance including Risk, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Performance;
- Establish productive and collaborative relationships with a wide variety of individuals, groups, stakeholders and business clients;
- Manage delivery timeframes, budget and change;
- Provide operational leadership and management for members of project teams such that cohesiveness, productivity and transfer of knowledge and skills to the division is maximized.
This role will be predominantly based at Skyring Terrace, Newstead, however there may be a requirement to work at 1 William Street, Brisbane or remotely.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
