Project Manager – ERP Implementation Lead

Lead a Full ERP Rollout Across a Multi-Division Business

A national organisation is kicking off a major enterprise transformation program, modernising core operations by implementing a new ERP platform. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true end-to-end delivery role where you'll shape, lead, and execute the full lifecycle of an ERP rollout, from requirements through to go-live and beyond.

You’ll partner closely with an external ERP vendor and internal stakeholders to deliver across three key business areas, including finance, production, and logistics, with broader rollouts to follow. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows what it takes to embed meaningful change across established operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full ERP implementation, including vendor management, stakeholder engagement, planning, and delivery.
• Drive phased rollout across multiple business units, starting with finance and manufacturing.
• Coordinate internal SMEs and lead the engagement with long-tenured teams who hold critical institutional knowledge.
• Oversee systems integration, including EDI connections with key external partners.
• Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior business leaders.
• Influence change adoption across teams unfamiliar with process-driven systems.

Skills Required

• Proven track record delivering ERP implementations end-to-end (not just streams or modules).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments.
• Resilient and adaptable in low-documentation, change-sensitive settings.
• Experience with platforms like Sage X3, MS Dynamics, or SAP – highly regarded.
• Comfortable working across business functions, building rapport with staff at all levels
